At Home of Hair, we are committed to managing our impact on the environment and society and we put sustainability and responsibility at the heart of our business. We are currently pursuing certification as a B Corp and only source products from like-minded companies who are B Corp certified.

We know we have an impact on the environment and we’re committed to reducing it by recycling over 90% of our salon waste, including hair cuttings, foil, metals, and minimising the use of single-use plastics. We minimise water use and work hard to reduce our GHG emissions. Our Environmental Policy is linked below and we have an environmental management system certified by Green Small Business. Through these efforts, we are doing our bit to create a cleaner and healthier planet for future generations.

Moreover, we firmly believe in valuing, rewarding, and empowering women. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where our team can bring their best selves to work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We recognise the importance of family and strive to provide opportunities that accommodate the diverse needs and aspirations of our team members. Through sponsorship, we support females into sports such as rugby and boxing – enabling them to participate and grow their mental and physical wellbeing.
