At Home of Hair we have policies in place regarding our appointments. These are to protect our schedules and the valuable time of all our team.

Please arrive on time, if you are late we cannot guarantee your appointment. This will be treated as a late cancellation and normal salon cancellation policies will apply.
- Cancellation policy, We would appreciate 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment, cancellations or rescheduling made with less then 48 hours notice may incur 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.
Should you test positive for COVID-19 and need to reschedule your visit at late notice , we will require full payment and we will reschedule your appointment maximum seven days later. at no additional cost. Should you reschedule or cancel the new appointment normal cancellation policy applies.
- As per new recommendations, there is no longer a need to isolate if you are a close contact. This will no longer be accepted as a reason for a late cancellation and our normal salon cancellation policies apply.
- Please feel free to bring a book or an ipad, or laptop. Full WIFI service is available.
